This task will involve assisting the team personnel to understand cmmi appraisal requirements and facilitate the team personnel as they update appraisal assets to cmmi project standards. This is an ongoing activity through our CMMi level 5 class a appraisal. JOB SKILLS: knowledge of the sei cmm and/or cmmi is a must. Previous work experience with engineering process groups to develop process assets and the preparation of materials for scampi appraisals desired. A college degree along with direct continuous process improvement experience is required.
