This individual primary responsibility is to support implementation of the Enterprise General Ledger across the Company. Job Description: Collaborate with and support the Project Team. Determine integration requirements and best practices. Work with various Organizations to define test plans. Assist organizations in analyzing and reconciling test data. Assist in developing training materials and training the Users. Communicate issues, risks, quality and deviations to internal team members. Actively participate in team meetings. Interfaces with other functions and customers to coordinate contracting and compliance efforts. Assists in developing terms and conditions relevant to obtaining contractual agreements. Investigates, analyzes, and coordinates contract requirements and drafts, and coordinates contract documents and correspondence. Keeps internal organizations informed of contractual obligations through analysis, preparation, and coordination of work authorizations, contract composites, and compliance tools. Provides explanations of requirements; identifies evidence of completion; and monitors performance, billing, and payment. Serves as the information resource for an assigned area by answering inquiries, evaluating contractual requirements, and supporting the preparation of responses.
